To enable the bank(s) interface with the portal, each bank's admin has to be profiled by DPR's admin first on IMPEX portal. Upon completion of profiling, each bank's admin is expected to profile their respective branches/users on the portal. In order to profile any banks' admin, each bank is expected to send their request letter via email to "The Director, Department of Petroleum Resources, 7, Kofo Abayomi Street, Victoria Island, Lagos" . All request must be done on the respective bank's letterhead paper and must be signed by at least two (2) authorized signatories of the bank. This means that your depot has not been profiled or is in-active on the portal. It could also means that your depot license has expired. If your depot license is still valid and active, kindly send an email to impex@dpr.gov.ng along with a copy of your valid depot license for verification and profiling.
